Mr. Santos is an apricot and peach farmer in Stanislaus County, CA. He is a partner of Lucich & Santos Farms and Blossom Hill Packing Company, a packing and marketing company. His is also a member of the Apricot Producers Board.

Frank has been involved in Farm Credit since 1977 and began farming in 1973. He produces walnuts, cherries and apples, and provides custom farming services.

Mr. Teixeira farms field and row crops in Fresno County, CA.

James R. Boyd owns/operates a potato, grain and mint farm near Tulelake, CA. He was on the Intermountain FLCA board for 12 years.

Peter was elected to his first term on the AgCredit Financial board of directors in 1999. He produces wine grapes, cherries and almonds. He also owns a farm chemical and supply business. He has been farming since 1970 and became a member of Farm Credit in 1975. He is a member of California Almond Growers, Wine Grape Growers and California Association of Pest Control Advisors. Pete also serves on the Western District Farm Credit Council.

Mr. Garvey is a vineyard operator in Napa County, CA and is vice president of Flora Springs winery. He is director of Clinic Ole and Napa Valley Grapegrower Association. He is also Vice President of Oakville Winegrowers and a member of Napa County's Farmworker Oversight Committee.

Alan List, prior Chairman on the Intermountain Farm Credit Board, is owner and operator of a hay, seed, grain and livestock business in Lovelock, NV. He also serves as a director of List Cattle Co. and Lovelock Hay Market, Inc. List has been a director of the Intermountain FLCA since 1987.

Ms. Parente is sole owner of L & M Dairy in San Bernardino County, CA. She serves of the Board of Directors for the Dairy Council of California and is an alternate board member of the California Milk Advisory Board.

Larry was appointed as the outside director of the Association Board of Directors in January 1994. A certified public accountant, Larry is a partner of Croce & Company Accountancy Corporation.

Mr. Harris is retired. He was formerly employed as the President and CEO of U.S. AgBank in Wichita, KS.

George is a fourth generation farmer in the Salinas Valley. Currently, he owns and operates Fontes Farms LLC; a farm management and aluminum irrigation pipe leasing and repair business. George also recently retired from Comgro Incorporated as president and co-owner. Comgro farmed 1,800 acres of lettuce, broccoli, mix lettuce, and spinach in Salinas. He also serves on the board of the Monterey County Farm Bureau.

Mr. Allen resides in Reno County, Kansas and has been a public accountant for 36 years. He currently manages farm interests producing corn, wheat, pinto beans and milo. In 2004 he retired from Kansas State University after serving as an agricultural economist for 31 years.

Mr. Eck owns and operates custom hay grinding and custom harvesting businesses in Kingman, Kansas.

Mr. Engelland resides in Rice County, Kansas and farms irrigated and dryland crops and is engaged in custom farming and ranching with cow-calf, stocker/background and finishing cattle. He also serves on the board of Sterling Historic Preservation Board; National Advisory Council – Sterling College, Sterling, Kansas.

Mr. Ringler runs a diversified operation consisting of wheat, milo, beans, alfalfa and beef cattle in Kansas.

Mr. Schoonover resides in Pratt County, Kansas where he has been farming since 1968. He also serves on the U.S. AgBank Stockholder Advisory Committee and the U.S. AgBank, FCB District Farm Credit Council.

Mr. Williams farms and ranches in Noble County, Oklahoma. His diversified family operation consists of wheat and corn as cash crops integrated with a stocker cattle and cow-calf program.

Mr. Knox resides in Fort Collins, Colorado. His business experience is in real estate and energy.

Mr. Chapin runs a dairy operation in Weldona, Colorado.

Mr. Cooksey resides in Roggen, Colorado. His business experience is in farming and ranching.

Ms. Ingo runs a cattle ranching operation in Ridgway, Colorado.

Mr. Talbott resides in Palisade, Colorado. His business experience is in tree fruit and wine grape production, packing & processing.

Mr Caldwell resides in Longmont, Colorado. His business experience is in cattle feeding and brokerage, grain merchandising & farming.
