POSITION:	Credit Analyst
LOCATION:	Oakdale, CA
GRADE:	To be determined based upon experience
RESPONSIBILITY:	Responsible for assisting loan officers in taking and analyzing loan applications; assisting applicants in completing loan applications and budgets; servicing commercial and/or real estate loans by frequent contact with customers. May be responsible for renewal operating loans and term loans.
EXPERIENCE:	BA/BS degree with emphasis on agribusiness, business administration, or equivalent. Banking or related agricultural lending experience preferred. Knowledge of agriculture and/or agribusiness. Must be proficient in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines. Demonstrated analytical and statistical skills to evaluate prioritize and categorize data in various formats for reports. Skills in credit and cash flow analysis, balance sheet analysis, profitability, liquidity, and solvency analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in use of PC, including word-processing, e-mail and electronic spreadsheet software.
