POSITION:	Credit Analyst - Assistant Vice President
LOCATION:	Santa Rosa, California
GRADE:	14 - 18
RESPONSIBILITY:	This position is generally responsible for assisting with the analysis and processing of commercial and/or real estate loan applications. Other responsibilities include assisting with loan servicing requests, assisting with the performance and preparation of collateral inspections and assisting the branch with new business development and public relations opportunities
EXPERIENCE:	BA/BS degree with emphasis on agribusiness, business administration, finance, accounting or equivalent. Six months to one-year experience in the financial services industry is desirable. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. General knowledge of agriculture and/or agribusiness is desirable. Demonstrated analytical and statistical skills to evaluate, prioritize and categorize data in various formats. Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines. Demonstrated skills in financial statement analysis, profitability, liquidity, and solvency analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in use of PC, including word-processing, e-mail and electronic spreadsheet software.
