POSITION:	Chief Financial Officer
LOCATION:	Santa Rosa, CA
GRADE:	TBD
RESPONSIBILITY:	The Chief Financial Officer directs the finance, accounting, and administrative operations functions within the association including planning and budgeting, internal financial controls, tax, payroll, loan, and general ledger accounting, financial analysis, purchasing, and financially-related services.
EXPERIENCE:	BA/BS degree in accounting, finance or business administration; or equivalent. CPA required. At least eight years related experience including at least five years in a senior management position. Farm Credit experience preferred. Demonstrated expertise in organizational management, accounting practices, financial reports, fiscal management, and internal controls. Exceptional verbal, written, analytical, persuasive and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions within delegated authorities and time pressures. High level of objectivity, tact, and diplomacy to establish and maintain an effective on-going relationship between association, bank and other regulatory agencies. Hands-on experience using Microsoft office products.
