POSITION:	Loan Officer
LOCATION:	Ukiah, CA
GRADE:	Position title and grade to be determined based upon experience
RESPONSIBILITY:	This position is generally responsible for taking and analyzing commercial and/or real estate loan applications, recommending loan approval/denial, servicing assigned loans, and developing and marketing new business. The office presently services a portfolio of $150 million in mortgage and commercial loans with major commodities primarily in wine grapes and wine.
EXPERIENCE:	BA/BS degree with emphasis on agribusiness, business administration, or equivalent. At least two years banking or related agricultural lending experience. Demonstrated credit and analytical skills. Demonstrated understanding of agricultural lending principles and practices, and Association and Farm Credit System operating policies and procedures. Knowledge of FCA regulations, association, and district policies and procedures. Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills. Proficient in use of PC, including word-processing, e-mail and electronic spreadsheet software.
