American AgCredit - Operations Support Specialist

POSITION: Operations Support Specialist

LOCATION: Stockton, CA

GRADE: Dependent upon experience

RESPONSIBILITY: The Operations Support Specialist is generally responsible for providing clerical assistance in loan servicing or legal/loan documentation at a branch. May also perform some loan accounting functions, answer inquiries, initiate correspondence, and prepare reports. Coordinates workflow between branch and administration. May serve as back-up receptionist.

EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent.

At least one year of related office experience performing similar functions or equivalent.

Demonstrated ability to generate highly accurate work.

Knowledge and experience with basic accounting skills and procedures.

Must be proficient in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.

Proficient in written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.

Proficient in the use of PC, including e-mail, word processing and electronic spreadsheet software.
