Code of Ethics

American AgCredit’s Board of Directors has adopted a written statement known as its Code of Ethics that outlines the principles and values the Association follows to establish a culture of ethical conduct for Directors and Employees, including, at a minimum, the core principles established under FCA Reg. § 612.2135. FCA Reg. 612.2130. A copy of the document is available upon request at no cost.
