American AgCredit is guided by an executive team that provides strategic direction and leadership for the association, ensuring American AgCredit continues to fulfill its mission for agriculture.
Mr. Hudnutt joined American AgCredit as President and Chief Executive Officer in October of 2020. He previously led the Rural division for Rabobank, North America. Mr. Hudnutt has over 25 years of agricultural banking experience and has served in a variety of leadership roles including operations, business development, underwriting, and risk management.
Ms. Angress was promoted to Chief Legal and Risk Officer in October 2025, after previously serving as interim Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel since 2013. She brings more than 13 years of executive experience at American AgCredit and over 30 years in law, including litigation, risk mitigation, and general counsel work for local businesses and financial institutions.
Mr. Banks has served as Chief Credit Officer since January 1, 2017. He most recently (since March 2013) served as Senior Vice President for American AgCredit, leading the association’s Credit Management Department. He has over 30 years of service to the Farm Credit System, primarily focused in various lending and credit functions.
Ms. Ghazi serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Since joining American AgCredit in 2013, she has served as the Deputy CFO, Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Head of Credit Resolution and Evaluation Services. She has more than 30 years of banking and financial consulting experience, with more than 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers and FTI Consulting. She has held interim CFO and leadership roles supporting companies in transition, served as a financial advisor and expert to both distressed companies and private equity firms.
Mr. Hollis joined American AgCredit as Chief People Experience Officer in March 2021, bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership in agriculture. He previously served on the Executive Team at The Maschhoffs, the nation’s fifth-largest pork producer, where he directed people strategy, sustainability initiatives, and generational transfer programs. Prior to that, Mr. Hollis led Rabobank’s people strategies.
Mr. Hoyt joined AAC as Chief Transformation Officer in October 2024. With more than 30 years of experience as a strategic advisor and consultant to leaders across multiple industries, Mr. Hoyt most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer and Corporate Vice President for solution delivery at Daugherty Business Solutions, focused on driving transformation in innovation and technology. He’s experienced the challenges and the benefits of transforming businesses and his perspective from outside of the Farm Credit System will better equip us to deliver value more quickly, with better accuracy, and ultimately with a better return on our investment.
Ms. Hudson has served as Chief Audit Executive since July 2021, providing independent assurance and strategic insight on the effectiveness of the Association’s governance, risk management, and control environment. With more than 30 years of experience spanning accounting, internal and external audit, and risk management, she previously served as North American Head of Audit and Head of Audit and Credit Review at Rabobank.
Mr. Jacobs was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2026 after joining the executive team as Chief Delivery Officer in 2024. Mr. Jacobs joined AAC in 2021 and has led multiple centralized functional teams to support effective delivery of organizational initiatives as Executive Head of Business Operations, including enterprise technology, business architecture, data management, and program, change, and business process management.
Ms. Kolell serves as Chief Brand Officer, leading Communications, Legislative Affairs, Marketing, and Events/Multimedia. In this role, she leads teams who advance strategies that strengthen the organization’s brand, deepen engagement with customers and communities, and connect employees to the Association’s mission and priorities. She also leads Terrain, a research and analytics group, which delivers market intelligence and business insights to customers. Ms. Kolell brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in journalism, public relations, integrated marketing, research and analytics, and corporate communications.
Mr. Lancaster joined the executive team as Chief Customer Value Officer on November 1, 2024 and will focus on continuing to center American AgCredit’s business on its customers, fulfilling their mission by delivering value beyond basic funding, such as via solutions, expertise, and partnerships. He will nurture long-term collaboration with farmers and ranchers to protect and grow their profitability. His career in Farm Credit has spanned from managing regional banking teams and relationships to business transformation and most recently, serving as Chief of Staff.
Mr. Massey has been named the Chief Business Technology Officer effective November 1, 2024. Mr. Massey has served as AAC’s Executive Head of Business Technology since 2021 and has a strong track record in guiding teams to develop complex technology solutions, integrating technology and process through partnership and collaboration with business leaders to deliver excellent results. He not only understands our business inside and out, but he also has a career of Farm Credit System experience.
Mr. Scherler assumed the role of Chief Banking Officer in January 2025. Previously, Mr. Scherler served as Chief Alliance Officer since September 2021 and served as Chief Lending Officer from 2017-2021. Before joining American Ag Credit Scherler served in a variety of roles for CoBank and as Interim President & CEO of Farm Credit of Southwest Kansas. Mr. Scherler has 30 years of banking and Farm Credit System in the areas of relationship management, credit, and strategy.
