Agribusiness Loan options and structure flexibility:

  • Maturities: Unsecured and personal property secured loans with terms of 10 years and above, and real estate secured loans with terms of 25 years and above.
  • Structure: We can design loan solutions with delayed takedown options or multi-year revolving commitment components, as well as finance, participate in and service facilities incorporating both short- and long-term amortizations and project finance credits.
  • Pricing: We offer pricing flexibility by providing the option to structure loans combining variable and fixed interest rate tranches. Staggered fixed rate maturities with indexed repricing options are often included in multi-year products. Short and long-term projects regularly include tranche pricing and performance pricing. Partial open prepayment options can be incorporated in multi-year products. Interest rate hedging options are available, including forward pricing, rate swaps and caps.
  • Appraisals: We perform appraisals and evaluations of agribusiness and forest products property, facilities and equipment with market values up to and exceeding $1 billion. To assist with the collection and verification of field data, we use the services of several professional consulting firms, applying their expertise while maintaining our independence in forming a final value conclusion.
  • We offer structured, financed, participated and serviced facilities incorporating both short and long term amortizations, multiple-year revolving lines of credit and project finance credits.
