American AgCredit is governed by a Board of Directors that oversees the strategic direction of our business. As a cooperative, our customer-owners have a voice in how we operate by participating in director elections.

The Board of Directors is comprised of 16 directors elected by stockholders and four directors that are appointed by the elected directors. The board meets regularly and represents the interests of stockholders. Terms are five years. The Nominating Committee sources board candidates for the American AgCredit annual elections.
