Speaker: Nicolette Dubois, American AgCredit
Nicolette Dubois is a relationship manager based in Stockton, California, with eight years of experience in credit underwriting and lending at American AgCredit. Originally from Sonoma County and a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, she is passionate about serving all facets of agriculture. Dubois enjoys partnering with farmers to help them achieve their goals and support the growth of agriculture’s next generation.
Speaker: Jason Runyan, American AgCredit
Jason Runyan is the mission programs manager for American AgCredit, where he advocates for the cooperative’s Young, Beginning and Small (YBS) farmer program. He grew up on his family’s cow-calf operation in eastern New Mexico and currently runs a small cow-calf herd with his wife and children in northeast Texas. He began his Farm Credit career with Farm Credit of New Mexico in 2014 after earning a master’s degree in agricultural business from New Mexico State University. He joined American AgCredit in 2023 when Farm Credit of New Mexico merged with the organization.
